Equality relay students

Equality relay students provide information and raise awareness of the right to non-discrimination. They organize actions and workshops to prevent and raise awareness of discrimination, harassment and sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV).

Service

The prevention and awareness-raising department to combat SGBV, harassment and discrimination implements awareness-raising and training initiatives on equality and against all forms of discrimination, harassment and SGBV.

Missions

  • Running booths or workshops on non-discrimination, prevention of sexual and gender-based violence and harassment. Example: prevention booth during EVE events.
  • Distribute communication materials to students.
  • Organize awareness-raising initiatives in partnership with universities and student associations (conferences, film screenings, debates, etc.).
  • Inform students about reporting mechanisms and supporting partners ( health centers, rights advocates, associations, etc.).
 Equality students are trained in the fight against SGBV, discrimination and various forms of harassment.

How to become a student or student ambassador for equality?

The student equality liaison position runs from September to May for approximately 15 hours per month.
