Libélo offers 350 self-service bicycles, including 110 with electric assistance, in Valence, Bourg-Lès-Valence, Alixan, Guilherand-Granges, Saint-Péray, Portes-lès-Valence, Romans and Bourg-de-Péage. The service is available 24/7. Access is free for Citéa annual subscribers, and the first 20 minutes of use are free.

Long-term rental

You can rent a bike for 3, 6 or 12 months. Subscription is free for those with a Citéa annual subscription.

Velobox instructions

Vélobox is a service offering individual or collective bike lockers. You can park your bike safely in Valence and Romans-sur-Isère

Two formulas:
  • With subscription: rent your place for 1, 6 or 12 months.
  • Vélobox "Chrono" without registration: to park your bike in the city of Valence or Romans-sur-Isère, 4 hours free then €1/hour, maximum duration of 48h.

Cycléo, your bicycle network

A network of 200 km of cycle routes will link 28 communes by 2026, enabling residents to travel by bike on safe, adapted facilities. Numerous facilities have already been built to facilitate cycling in the conurbation.
