Request for study and exam accommodations for students with disabilities

You are at the heart of the system, and it is your request for accommodation that triggers the support process.

What you need to know before you start :

  • Appointments may be necessary with the Grenoble or Valence health department and/or the disability reception service.
  • Some training courses impose deadlines to be taken into account for exams.
  • Late applications may not be processed in time.
  • The Director of Training decides on examination arrangements according to the possibilities of the course and the study regulations.

Request for accommodations for the next academic year (2026-2027)

For students who are already being supported by the disability services department

Calendar :
  • Applications to renew the facilities have been possible since May 26, 2026 .
Procedure to follow:
  • Applications are submitted online via the Thémis platform. The students concerned have received a personalized link to the platform by email.

For students who are not yet being supported by the disability services department

Calendar :
  • The first requests for development will be possible from August 20, 2026 .

Procedure to follow:

  • Complete the online application form . It will be accessible from this page from August 20, 2026 .
  • Then let yourself be guided by the emails that will be sent to you by the disability support service.
