The 115

Visit 115 is an emergency number for people who are homeless or in serious social difficulty. Its first mission, based on listening, is to establish a diagnosis, and then to provide a local response in terms of guidance to all callers in terms of accommodation and information on access to rights.
 

ANEF's integrated reception and orientation service (SIAO)

The SIAO runs a social permanence service which provides an initial attentive and humane ear to people without accommodation, assesses the situation, and refers people to an emergency accommodation solution (if available) and/or to the various partners (day center, departmental social services, specialized associations, etc.).
