This is a device designed to promoting equal opportunities. Student residences awarded the "résidence de la réussite" label facilitate access to higher education. For a rent reduced by €50 (€210 instead of €260), you can apply as a tutor with other students or mentees.

Les domiciles inter générations isérois (Digi 38) offers solutions for living with a senior. Intergenerational flatsharing enables students to be housed at lower cost, while combating the isolation and loneliness of the elderly.

Koloc'A solidarity projects

The Association de la Fondation Etudiante pour la Ville (AFEV), with its "Koloc' A projets solidaires" scheme, also known as Kaps, offers students shared flats that promote solidarity (tutoring, support for local associations and structures...). Kaps are designed for young people who want to live together in an innovative and supportive way. The motivation and desire are essential criteria for this experience.

The rent is 295 euros including charges (approx.). Internet is included in the charges, only electricity is payable by the tenants.
