Crous university restaurants

More commonly known as Resto'U or RU , the restaurants and cafeterias managed by the Crous are open to students, from Monday to Friday at lunchtime , but also in the evening for some takeaway outlets.

These restaurants offer the most economical solution for a complete and balanced meal at a fixed price of €3.30 . Students receiving need-based scholarships can benefit from the €1 meal . From May 2026, the €1 price will be extended to all students.

Payment for meals is made via a contactless payment solution called iZly , using your student multi-service card, or your smartphone. Some takeaway food outlets also accept cash or bank cards.

Other dining venues on campus

Sandwich shops are located in several places on campus. These are private establishments, so their prices are higher than those of the Crous. An ordinary sandwich outside the Crous costs around the price of a meal, so plan to increase your food budget if you want a drink or dessert.
