Sustainable Development Visit, School Life, Staff Life, Student Life
June 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026Saint-Martin-d'Hères - University Campus
A multi-sensory exhibition about the remarkable trees of Grenoble created by the second year students of BUT IC - INFONUM course.
The heart of the project is first and foremost an invitation to students to take action and reconnect with the living world; to pay attention to what surrounds them, to give importance to detail.
They will then be able to express their thoughts and emotions through collaborative creative work using the New Creative Journal method. More specifically, this involves creating a multisensory and multilingual exhibition on the theme of remarkable trees in the city.
This project is based on academic learning guided by scientific research, the desire to invite students to think about the socio-environmental sustainability of their future profession and above all very concrete actions by putting living things at the center of their thinking.
This project was preceded by a visit organized by the regional federation of France Nature Environnement (FNE) to the neighborhoods of Grenoble where remarkable trees are located. It was also preceded by a learning and observation project (SAÉ) led by second-year students in the Information-Communication BUT program, specializing in INFONUM, which aimed to produce recommendations for managing the digital data of this exhibition.
There you will be able to see paintings, read poetry in several languages, see trees both large and small, listen to nature, and participate in the creation of a large mural. A poetic and artistic expression of the students' relationship with trees.
