Our eating habits, and in particular our shopping habits, are influenced by numerous parameters that have been the subject of many studies. Recently, an original proposal has been put forward: what if, ultimately, when you go grocery shopping, it's not you who chooses, but your microbiota that decides for you?
Christophe Moinard, professor of nutrition at the University of Grenoble Alpes, will shed light on the scientific data on this issue.
