Form for reporting gender-based violence, discrimination or harassment

This form is intended for staff and students of the University of Grenoble Alpes (UGA) and its constituent institutions – Grenoble INP – UGA and Ensag – UGA. It is designed to receive any reports relating to sexist or sexual violence, discrimination, or harassment.

How do I file my tax return?

If you witness or are a victim of gender-based or sexual violence, discrimination, or harassment, here are the steps to follow to share your testimony with us:
  1. Fill out the form : enter your testimony and contact details below, then submit.
  2. Transmission of the report : once validated, your form is sent to the legal team of the reporting unit attached to the Directorate of Legal and Institutional Affairs of the University of Grenoble Alpes.
  3. Acknowledgement of receipt : within three working days, you will receive a confirmation from the reporting unit.
  4. Initial consultation : Within 15 business days, two specialist advisors will contact you to schedule an appointment. This meeting will allow them to listen to you, provide guidance, and gather your testimony, anonymously or not, according to your preference.
What you need to know

You remain in control of your process. You can decide to stop the procedure at any time, without needing to justify yourself, simply by informing the reporting unit.

The University of Grenoble Alpes and its constituent institutions – Grenoble INP-UGA and ENSAG-UGA – have established agreements with the Grenoble Judicial Court and the Valence Judicial Court regarding the handling of reports of sexual and gender-based violence, discrimination, and harassment. The legal processing of these reports is carried out in collaboration with the associations France Victime 38 (FV38) in Grenoble and France Victimes 26 Remaid in Valence, both social prevention and victim support organizations.

Are you a student? If you are experiencing distress, violence, or discrimination, you can contact the Cnaé listening service at 0800 737 800.This helpline is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is available in French, Spanish, English, and French Sign Language (LSF).
