THE festive day of Start UGA on the Valence Campus! Stop asking questions, come and find the solution! Get informed, find out, discover, visit, have fun, relax....to get your new academic year off to a great start! Come and meet your BDE, your student associations and celebrate the start of the new academic year!

An entertainment village // 4pm to 7:30pm

Laughter and knowledge guaranteed! Not to be missed under any circumstances!
Map in hand, explore Place Latour-Maubourg and discover the wealth of your campus! Return to your starting point and collect your reward.
The student services staff present will share all their secrets and keys to success with you.

The bonus! Come by bike! We promise you a free bike check (how cool is that?) and anti-theft marking for your bike !!

The Photo Challenge?! Come and compete against each other across schools and programs!
The school that records the most photos wins the challenge!
1 photo in the box and 1 souvenir photo for you (1 photo per group).

But also :

  • Treasure hunt (riddles/games): go to the checkpoints, stamp your card and come and get your UGA gift!

A village of associations // From 4pm to 7:30pm

20 student unions and partner or UGA approved student associations (CODE, Opium, Bandanas Blancs, Solé'Val, AFEV…).
The Valence Student Association and the UGA Student Life Department (student initiatives, commitment, prevention in the festive environment) will be present.

Food trucks and an evening concert and DJ // 7:30 to 11 p.m.

  • Musisar, student group 
  • Hypernova, a pop-rock band from the Drôme region, covers Coldplay
  • Student DJ sets 
  • Trombone & Diabolo Interludes by high-level former student artists from UGA
