The Student Information Point is present on both campuses for:

  • a welcome, information and guidance to the right person
  • personalized assistance with all your administrative procedures
  • practical information on student rights and services available in Valencia: scholarships, catering, accommodation, the health and, more generally, on all everyday services
  • To simplify your access to information, rights and student services

It is open to all students, whether they are from UGA or another institution.

This service is coordinated with the support provided by ISSO for international students and researchers, and the support offered by the CROUS social service .

Need help? Is the start of the academic year difficult? Are you having trouble finding accommodation or food?
The Crous offers regular office hours and personalized support at the Maison de l'étudiant premises in Valence.

Office hours are on Mondays from 9am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 4pm.

Location: DSDA – Building B – Campus Briffaut, Valence
