An opportunity to discover an agricultural education establishment in our region and to see how biodiversity is addressed/taught in agricultural training. 
The Local Public Establishment Terre d'horizon It comprises three centers: a general and technological agricultural high school, a certified organic farm specializing in market gardening and horticulture, and the CFPPA-OFA (Agricultural Training and Promotion Center). The EPLEFPA site is integrated into a 30-hectare landscaped park, west of the town of Romans. It includes an arboretum, an arbustotum, and areas dedicated to learning driving and masonry.
The institution's areas of expertise cover several fields.
  • horticulture (floriculture, nursery, market gardening...);
  • landscaping;
  • the environment and land-use planning;
  • trade;
  • agricultural equipment.
The center contributes to the personal development of pupils, students, apprentices and trainees, to the raising and adaptation of their qualifications and to their professional and social integration.
He fulfills several missions.
  • To provide general, technological and vocational training, both initial and continuing;
  • Participate in the animation and development of the territories;
  • To contribute to the educational, social and professional integration of young people and to the social and professional integration of adults;
  • Contribute to development, experimentation and applied research activities;
  • Participate in international cooperation activities, particularly by promoting exchanges;
  • Implement actions aimed at sustainably meeting the employment needs required to ensure food sovereignty and the development of knowledge and skills in climate and environmental transitions.
