In order to prevent premature deterioration of the tram tracks and to guarantee safe and comfortable transport for its users, M réso is undertaking new maintenance work on tram lines B and D this summer. During this period, buses are being put in place and will take over to ensure your journeys. Download the press release.

Information for line B

From Monday 13 July to Friday 14 August 2026, line B operates only from Oxford to Verdun - Préfecture (passage every 10 min.), using the route of line A from Gares to Grand'place.

To get to the University Campus or the Site health In La Tronche, take the Tram B shuttle bus at Verdun - Préfecture, towards Grand Sablon (every 8 minutes) and Gières Gare – Université (every 15 minutes). The Tram B shuttle bus does not serve the Sainte-Claire – Les Halles and Notre-Dame Musée stations. Route via Île Verte, the Grenoble Alpes University Hospital and Grand Sablon.

NB: you can also reach the University Campus via line C with a change at the Chavant station.

Information for line C

From Monday, July 20 to Friday, August 21, 2026, line C is limited to the Université – Les Taillées station. From this date, service to the University Campus will be provided via The shuttle buses.

Information for line D

From July 13 to August 14, 2026, line D will not run between Gares and Université – Les Taillées. To reach the University Campus or the Site health In La Tronche, take the Tram B shuttle bus to Verdun - Préfecture.
