The Grand Marché des Alpes is a logistics platform dedicated to the wholesale distribution of food products. Open from 4:00 a.m., it allows professionals, restaurateurs, and retailers to source supplies from the twenty companies located on site. Fruits and vegetables, meat, cheeses, dry goods: a wide variety of products are available. With a commitment to responsible practices, the market prioritizes local producers and short supply chains.
Meet at 7am, but it's for a good cause! The visit is limited to 25 places, and reserved for UGA staff and students.
