Sustainable Development Workshop, Staff Life
October 15 2026Saint-Martin-d'Hères - University Campus
The workshop has been postponed until next November. Come cook and eat during the cooking workshop organized on the theme of food waste with the Bar Radis association.
During this Sustainable Food Month, UGA invites you to get hands-on: join the cooking workshop for UGA staff on Thursday, October 15th, between 12 pm and 2 pm. Organized during the lunch break, you'll be able to cook and eat during the workshop. This workshop will focus on vegetarian, local, and seasonal cuisine. The workshop addresses the issue of food waste because, according to figures from the French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME), each French person throws away an average of 61 kg of food waste per year, 19 kg of which is still edible.
The workshop has been postponed until next November.
