As part of Eclats de Science, the student association Juste 2.0°C is organizing an event to talk about food in extreme environments.
Two weeks before the expedition departs, join the student association Juste 2.0°C for a game focused on their onboard nutrition during the six months they will be sailing to the South Sandwich Islands in the sub-Antarctic region. On the agenda: brainstorming, food planning, and exploring the possibilities of vegetarian and gluten-free diets!
