Based on their personal history(ies), a mother and her daughter wish to (re)inscribe illness and disability in the field of representations of parenthood in general and motherhood in particular.
1991: Nathalie is 26 years old. While she dreamed of being a married woman, mother of 6 healthy children, she is told that she has passed on to her baby Marie a disease that compromises her quality and life expectancy.
2024: Marie is 34 years old and has become an actress. To better understand the place that her illness had in her mother's life, she proposes that they co-create a theatrical piece.
