Synopsis
Before graduating, Ethan and Alex pretend to be trans women in a last-ditch effort to quell rumors about their sexuality. It's just a joke until Ethan realizes she really is trans. They must then navigate the evolution of their friendship, their coming out, and their transition to adulthood.
