Action logement offers a free €1,000 subsidy to support employees who have recently entered the job market.

Mobili-Jeune

Mobili-Jeune is a subsidy for pay part of the rent (between €10 and €100 maximum) each month and for one year. It is aimed at young people under the age of 30, undergoing work-study training (under an apprenticeship or professionalization contract) with a company in the non-agricultural private sector.

Energy Cheques 

The energy voucher is a scheme to help pay energy bills (electricity, gas, energy renovation, etc.). It is aimed at low-income households. The amount of the cheque is a minimum of €48 and a maximum of €277 including tax.

To qualify for an energy voucher, your household's annual tax reference income must be less than €10,700 per consumption unit (CU). The UC is used to calculate your consumption, knowing :

  • That one person constitutes 1 CU.
  • The second person constitutes 0.5 CU.
  • And each additional person represents 0.3 CU.

Housing Solidarity Fund

The Fonds de solidarité pour le logement can help you to accessing or retaining housing. It can also help you if you have difficulty paying your housing bills.

This fund can :
  • Act as your guarantor; they can also help you pay the security deposit and other costs associated with moving into your new home (insurance, etc.).
  • Helping you pay your rent, utilities, water and electricity bills...
  • Support you in your legal, technical, financial and social efforts to deal with your housing problems.
  • Helping you adapt your home to the loss of independence.
  • Put you in touch with the right people to help you find rental accommodation in Isère.
