Mvélo+ offers different types of bikes for hire (classic, folding, electric-assist...) and lets you rent a bike by the hour, day, month or year. To rent a bike, visit one of the three branches (near Grenoble station, on the Presqu'île, or on the Saint-Martin-d'Hères campus). Reduced rates apply automatically if you're under 25.
Aside from the classic commercial channels for buying bikes (supermarkets, sports stores), classified ads are a suitable alternative for students with small budgets when it comes to buying a new bike.
The association Cycles & Go also sells refurbished bicycles to people working on integration projects.
The "uN p'Tit véLo dAnS La Tête" association, whose aim is to promote cycling as a daily mode of transport, gives its members access to repair workshops and tools.
Once you've downloaded the application, all you have to do is create a personal account and associate a payment solution with it.
The application can be used to locate nearby equipment on a map.
Vehicles are unlocked by scanning the QR code on the vehicle with a cell phone.
A range of tariffs are available (for occasional use or more regular use via a subscription).
