This reception, information and guidance office is open to all people in exile who wish to study, teach or do research at Grenoble Alpes University. It offers support in applying for a degree, continuing their studies and entering the job market.

Our services

Guidance and educational support

  • Take disciplinary and methodological courses from the Co-FormER program.
  • Make an appointment to consider your options: studying, applying for an equivalence certificate, taking a refresher course...
  • Participate in professional integration workshops: reflect on and prepare your professional project, write a CV and cover letter...

Administrative procedures

  • Applying and registering for a course: choose your status (student, auditor), find out about important dates, what proof or documents to provide.
  • Find out if and how to obtain equivalence or recognition of your diploma or your personal and professional experience.
  • Fill in the student social file on the Crous website to apply for accommodation and/or grants.
  • Make an appointment with a social worker, specialized in social assistance applications and emergencies.

Technical and material support

  • Materials for writing and organizing your documents (pens, notebooks, binders, USB sticks, etc.).
  • Printer-scanner and computer with Internet connection.
