The criteria and allocation procedure

The award criteria

The available places (30 places at the start of the 2026 academic year) will be allocated to staff of UGA and its constituent establishments, of Crous Grenoble Alpes and of the Inria center of UGA ; as well as to students of UGA .

The allocation criteria distinguish between two situations:

• Salaried staff , including doctoral students employed by UGA or on Cifre contracts .
• Students (not paid by an employment contract)

Pre-registration: submit your application online

Families wishing to obtain a place in a crèche can now submit a pre-registration online via the form provided by Léo Lagrange Petite Enfance .
This step must be completed before Friday, April 10, 2026 .

Pre-registration does not constitute admission; it allows you to:

• declare your intention to apply for a place;
• provide details of your personal and family situation;
• Please specify your accommodation needs.

Review of applications by the admissions committee

Applications will be reviewed by an admissions committee to be held no later than the end of April .

This committee will be composed of:

• elected representatives of students and staff;
• representatives of student and staff social services;
• representatives of the UGA;
• representatives of Léo Lagrange Early Childhood.

Families will be informed of the result (place allocated or registration on waiting list) within a maximum of 10 days after the committee meeting .

Accommodation cost

The cost of childcare is calculated according to the national scale of the CAF , as in a municipal crèche.
It takes into account:

• household income;
• the number of dependent children.
