L'Ouvre Boite, the culture and science department

The Grenoble Alpes University cultural and scientific service, also known as l'Ouvre Boîte, offers a rich and varied cultural program in Valence.

Our services

  • Free ticketing for students on the Valence campus: free monthly tickets to shows and cinemas at cultural venues in and around Valence (Comédie de Valence, Lux Scène nationale, Théâtre de la ville de Valence, le Train Théâtre, Cinéma Le Navire).
  • Support for cultural initiatives and projects (financing, equipment, logistics, communication assistance).
  • Use of the Maison de l'étudiant auditorium.
  • Develop partnerships with local cultural organizations: theaters, conservatories, museums.
  • Setting up practical art and science popularization projects.

  • C'Cool Week - Cultivate your well-being.
  • Les rencontres Montages et Sciences.
  • Festival Émergence, Valence's festival of student creativity, with the Nocturne étudiante and Arts & Facs.
