Crous Grenoble Alpes

The Crous Grenoble Alpes offers psychological support consultations (speed meetings, happsyHours) to all students in the Grenoble Academy, in Isère, Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Drôme and Ardèche. These consultations, which are entirely free and anonymous, are designed to help you deal with situations of unease that you may be experiencing, and which could prevent you from making personal and academic progress.

Red Cross: Free, confidential helpline

This service, available on 0800 858 858, enables anyone who feels the need to be listened to, to discuss their difficulties in order to identify together possible directions and resources to be mobilized, to be directed towards local services or to benefit from friendly calls from our association's volunteers.
Croix Rouge de la Drôme: From 5pm to 7pm, every day of the week, people who are alone or want to speak to a Red Cross volunteer can call 0805 38 66 26.
