Consultations

Consult a general practitioner

You can find the addresses of general practitioners in thenational health insurance directory.

Consult a specialist

It's your GP, who will refer you to a specialist if necessary (surgeon, dermatologist, gastroenterologist, cardiologist, psychiatrist...).

You will be better reimbursed if you follow this coordinated care pathway than if you make an appointment directly with a specialist.

Some specialists, such as gynecologists, ophthalmologists and dentists, can be consulted without going through your GP, and without any reduction in the reimbursement rate.

Consult a doctor at a university health center

As a student at Grenoble Alpes University, you can benefit from without advance payment various types of consultation at the Grenoble and Valence university health centers.

In Valence, the health jeunes center is also open to all students from the Drôme Ardèche region, whether or not they are enrolled at Grenoble Alpes University, with no age limit.

Depending on your situation (for example, if you are over 6 months pregnant, or if you are covered by the CMU complementary health insurance scheme), your consultations may be reimbursed at 100%.
