Action logement
Action logement offers a range of services to help work-study students get settled in. Assistance
Mobili-Jeune est une subvention permettant de
pay part of the rent (between €10 and €100 maximum)
every month for a year. It is aimed at young people from
under 30on a work-study program (under an apprenticeship or professionalization contract) with a company in the
non-agricultural private sector.

Housing and youth integration centre
The habitat insertion youth center helps young people,
between 18 and 30to carry out
fractional stays as required, as part of their training program (professional training contract, apprenticeship, sandwich course, etc.). Shorter stays are also available to meet all students' needs for temporary accommodation in connection with their university course.

Form'Toit is a directory of accommodation and training centers in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region for work-study students, trainees, people on professional training contracts, continuing education students, etc. This service offers support in finding suitable accommodation through discussions with an advisor.

Youth hostel
Grenoble Youth Hostel is a member of the Fédération unie des auberges de jeunesse (FUAJ), the French branch of Hostelling International. Membership is
compulsory and costs about 2€.. On presentation of a
admission letter or a
proof of enrolment at Grenoble Alpes University for the 2023-2024 academic year, individual membership is
free of charge. After joining, you will have access to
shared rooms and dormitories for 2, 4 or 8 people, for one price
less than €30 per nightbreakfast included. Youth hostels are fully equipped and allow you to cook on site.
Grenoble youth hostel is far from the heart of the city and campus, but is well served by public transport.
