The second film in the cycle illustrates the extraction phase and is called Transition Under Tension – by Violeta Ramirez.
It comes from an anthropological investigation carried out in the Allier region regarding the possible opening of the first European lithium mine.
By interviewing the various stakeholders in the region, the film shows the local reception of energy transition policies and the perception of environmental changes.
