It's autumn. Time passes slowly by the lake. It's dark. The days are getting shorter. In their house, an elderly couple is bored. The father and mother are waiting for the return of their son, who left years ago without a word.

They can't find joy and search for the reasons behind his silent absence. Was he in prison, as their neighbor claims? Who will have the last word? The threat is mounting. Slowly.
