A new carpool stop on campus

It's the big news of the new year: from April 10, on the initiative of the Syndicat mixte des mobilités de l'aire grenobloise (SMMAG), you'll be able to carpool from Vizille, Brié-et-Angonnes, Eybens, Uriage, Gières and all stops in the Grésivaudan to reach the university campus, thanks to the M covoit' Lignes+ carpooling application and a new M Covoit stop on our campus! Follow the guide!

  • Sign up

  • Enter / memorize your home > work / study routes

Carpooling as a passenger

  • Launch the M covoit' Lignes+ app

  • Getting to the nearest stop
    List of all stops on www.lignesplus-m.fr

  • Enter your destination (the M covoit' Lignes+ stop) in the app
  • Wait a few minutes and a driver will take you away
  • Chatting or getting to know each other
  • To be dropped off at the agreed stop

Carpooling as a driver

  • Download and launch the M covoit' Lignes+ app
  • start your journey normally...

  • The app alerts you to the presence of a passenger on the route, and to his or her matching destination.
  • Pick up the passenger and continue your journey...

  • Chatting or getting to know each other
  • Deposit the passenger as agreed

The advantages of carpooling

  • Line open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Guaranteed departures between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. and between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.: peak times
  • Free for passengers
  • Compensated driver: 50 cents per seat provided - €2 per passenger boarded.
  • Take part in a local, supportive, ecological and friendly initiative!
  • No driver available after a 15-minute wait = M covoit' finds a solution to reach its destination
  • Public transport or cab fares are covered 100% by the service.
