As part of Equality Month, attend an awareness session on gender-based and sexual violence, discrimination, and harassment!

Understanding sexist and sexual violence, discrimination and harassment

The UGA equality mission is organizing an awareness session on sexist and sexual violence (SSR), discrimination and harassment for university staff (doctoral students, teaching and research staff, administrative staff).

This two-hour awareness session will provide you with key insights into gender-based violence, discrimination, and harassment in higher education and research. It will also enable you to legally define these forms of violence and know how to react if you are a victim or witness. The session will be complemented by a presentation of the UGA's reporting system for gender-based violence, discrimination, and harassment.

Note that the participation of doctoral students may be validated by training hours allocated from doctoral hours.
